Kenny Lue Chee Lip

Managing Director, Sales and Business Development Manager

Bio

Fondly known as Kenny; he was hired in 1998 to manage and direct Control Technologies Limited. His previous expertise in DCS and instrumentation at Petrotrin, as a Lead Control Engineer, made him the ideal individual for the job.

Since then, he has been at the helm of the company, responsible for its continuous growth and evolution. His management philosophies incentivize employees, creating many opportunities for individual and career growth, through one-on-one guidance and decision-making opportunities

Kade Carreira

Technology Solutions Manager

Bio

Kade was one CTL’s very first employees. He was hired in by Kenny in 1999 as a Technical Sales Engineer in the Sales Department, however, he eventually moved into Project Delivery, making waves in project management

He was the Projects Departments Team Lead for many years until he stepped into his present role as Technology Solutions Manager. He is responsible for investigating and exploring new opportunities and technological developments globally, specifically in the renewable sector.

He also leads and manages many of the Special Projects

Ronald Ramlal

Business Solutions Manager, Installation and Construction Manager

Bio

Ronald started off with CTL in the year 2000 as a Technical Sales Representative in the Sales Department. He came in with a background of construction as a result of his previous job position as a Lead Supervisor at ANSA Technologies where he oversaw the calibration of equipment and technologies.

As a result of his background in construction, he was tasked with the responsibility to develop an internal Construction Team to develop construction and installation as a capability.

Today, he stands as CTL’s Business Solutions Manager; he is deeply involved and managing many of Special Project’s projects; as well as he oversees the company’s Guyana operations.

Ajit Sugrim

Engineering Services Manager, Projects Team Lead

Bio

Ajit started off with CTL in the year 2005 as a Project Engineer in the Projects Department. His expertise in telecommunications, controls and automation eventually led him to take on the responsibility of Engineering Services Manager and Projects Team Lead.

He is deeply involved in the Special Projects Team and prioritizes client satisfaction throughout all project stages, placing customers’ technical requirements, operational requirements, and budgets first.

Jameel Mohammed

Integrated Services Manager, Service Department Manager

Bio

Jameel started working with CTL in the year 2009, starting off as a Field Engineer, under the Construction Department, working downstream on the company’s very first construction and installation project

Over the years since then, he alternated between the Construction and Projects Department, gaining experience as both a Field Engineer and Projects Engineer. This led him to eventually take on the responsibility of growing the relatively-newly formed Service Department in 2018.
