T&T Energy Conference and Tradeshow is the major conference of the energy sector, held annually by the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago. This year’s theme was “Accelerating Action” aimed to provide a platform for industry leaders, professionals, and experts to explore innovative strategies and collaborative initiatives to propel the oil and gas sector forward.
Held over the course of three (3) days, January 22nd to January 24th 2024; keynote speakers included:
- The Honorable Keith Rowley (Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago),
- The Honorable Stuart Young (Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, Trinidad, and Tobago),
- His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Hamel (Secretary General, Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF))
- And Oksana Dembitska (Senior Vice President Gas Growth, bp).
CTL partnered with two (2) of our most prominent suppliers: Avigilon and Phoenix Contact, to display a wide variety of industrial equipment. Avigilon Representatives included: Jose J. Pietri (Regional Sales Manager for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean) and José Osvaldo Pagán Bonilla (Sales Engineer, Video Security & Access Control) for Motorola Solutions; and Gabriel Hernández Pérez (Field Application Engineer for Central America and Caribbean) represented Phoenix Contact.
Over the course of three (3) days, CTL presented various high definition, long range and facial recognition cameras that were of peak interest during the conference, capturing the attention of conference delegates, other tradeshow exhibitors and passersby. Another great highlight was the interview of our very own Technology Solutions Manager, Mr. Kade Carreira conducted by Mrs. Shelly Ann Das-Manning, who presented the company’s regional and growing portfolio.

We have been a member of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago for over a decade now; and has since participated in every annual Energy Conference and Tradeshow consistently.
