Strip Chart Recorders Continuous trace and multipoint printing
With eleven instruments to select from, ABB offers the broadest choice of continuous trace and multipoint printing strip chart recorders with the capability to fulfill any application from the routine to the most demanding including hazardous area applications.

Videographical Chart Recorders - Screen Master
A revolutionary new product from ABB. Redefining videographical solutions.

State of the art hardware includes a 14cm (5.7in) color display TFT screen to give excellent visibility of the data from virtually any angle, universal process inputs, an unprecedented 8Mb on-board flash memory and removable media options including smart media up to 128Mb,

With a solid state removable media option, the ScreenMaster 2000 has no moving parts, making it extremely reliable, robust and suitable for any application.
As standard, the ScreenMaster 2000 has an NEMA 4X/IP66 front fascia, ideal for wash-down areas and outside locations. It is housed in a short case format only 200mm (7.87in) deep, for mounting in standard instrument enclosures. Unrivalled noise immunity is provided with the instruments* industrial design giving you peace of mind for data security and integrity.

Circular Chart Recorders/Controllers
A blend of imaginative engineering and 80 years solid experience has made the COMMANDER 1900 series the benchmark in modern day circular recording and controlling. Each instrument is extreme easy to use, offers up to four pen chart recording and is protected to NEMA 4XIP66 to withstand the harshest environments. Recorder/controller models have integral single or dual-loop PID control capability and a dedicated controller faceplate for ease of operation.

The C1950 Pasteurizer Recorder/Controller is dedicated to pasteurizer applications. From a simple recording device to the top of the range Hot/Cold product controller/recorder, all versions meet FDA, and other local regulatory requirements. The range is completed with a Multi-Recipe Profile Controller for applications where advanced ramp/soak profiling control and the recording of multiple process parameters are all-important.

Single-Loop Controllers
ABB's long experience in many application areas allows us to bring to you a unique range of single-loop controllers that offer unmatched functionality. In many models. the field upgradeable design helps protect investment. simplifies modification and eliminates the need to keep multiple units on hand. The COMMANDER range v with its open industry standard communication is an integral component of ABB's single-source total loop solution.  A range of COMMANDER 1/6, 1/8 and 1/4 DIN process controllers provide cost-effective flexible control.

For applications requiring advanced functionality and additional I/O, the powerful C360 and C500 series controllers are the products of choice. A unique Control Efficiency Monitor (CEM) facility for rnaximising PID response and efficiency make them unbeatable in their class. Additional templates for advanced control strategies such as cascade, feedforward and ratio control are also available.
Small yet powerful, the versatile MicroMite™ controller is the cost-effective solution for basic to complex control applications. Low price, high reliability and quick, convenient installation make this instrument great value.

Multiple-Loop Controllers
The ABB range of multiple-loop controllers guarantees application specific features and a cost-effective design to meet the challenges of all your applications. All instrument; are scaleable to allow you to protect your investment and grow v, with your application.

Installed in a host of industrial applications worldwide, MOD 30ML™ is an extremely cost-effective solution for processes requiring complex continuous and sequential control with a highly informative operator interface.
Protronic™ and Digitric™ controllers are a very powerful family for industrial applications from basic single-loop control to advanced multi-loop strategies. They will operate as specific loop controllers or in a system network with other Protronic controllers With Modbus, PROFIBUS as well as peer-to-peer communication capabilities, these controllers can be incorporated into virtually any higher level system
Used primarily in heat treatment and general applications, the Digitric 500 compact multi-loop controller provides significant panel space savings in requirements and has a flexible I/O strategy and advanced control functions.

Accepted, used and proven around the world in all major processing industries, including food and beverage, pulp and paper, chemical, pharmaceuticals, environmental processing and oil and gas processing, the Micro-DCI'" 53MC5000 process control station combines advanced technology with a high performance-to-cost ratio.

A virtual standard in the pulp and paper and water industries and also proven in a broad range of other markets and applications, the ECA Series incorporates many advanced control functions such as predictive control, adaptive tuning and deadtime compensation typically only found in distributed control systems.

Indicators
ABB offers a complete range of indicators for both process and electrical measurements, including a universal process 1/8 DIN indicator for measuring temperature, pressure, flow, level and other process variables. A wall/post mounted version brings the added benefit of a NEMA 4X/IP66 weatherproof enclosure, making it ideal where 'on site' measurement and indication are necessary.

Other indicators within the range include the Micro-DCI 53IT5100 Indicator/Totalizer providing up to four channels of process variable indication and 10 digit floating point totalization. The Indicomp 4 bargraph indicator provides the best of two worlds a vertical bar graph for the approximation of the process value and a digital display for precise and accurate reading.

The MGE 144 Power Meter, a smart panel mounted instrument, measures and displays single phase or three phase electrical signals from potential and current transformers.
